We currently have an exciting position as a Parts Advisor in the fantastic team at our DAF Trucks dealership in Peterborough.

Who are we looking for as a Parts Advisor:

• Ideally you will have previous experience working as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector.
• Or be sales driven, have a passion for trucks and know your truck / trailer parts.
• A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
• PC Literate.
• Full UK driving licence.

The Parts Advisor role / responsibilities include (but not limited to):

You will provide a professional parts sales service to internal and external customers face to face, over the trade counter, online, telephone and various other platforms. Promote and encourage growth of the parts business. Utilise all parts identification tools to ensure effective and efficient customer response.

Working: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm. Plus one late finish at 8pm weekly.

Alternate Saturday mornings 8am – Midday, paid as overtime.
